Hey there,

Kelley believes that therapy can open up a whole new way to live for clients, and she often comments on how fortunate she feels that this is her job.  Kelley practices from a point of view where she believes the things that have happened to us have a great impact on the current ways we live our lives.  This hopeful perspective reminds us that although we may struggle with some of the things that have happened to us, we ultimately have the ability to use those events in order to lead a different and more impactful life.  There are real reasons why certain things are hard for us and there is an even deeper and real hope that those things can change.

Kelley graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2009 earning a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Before moving into private practice she worked in hospitals as well as a therapeutic day school.  She works with clients who are motivated to understand how and why they have gotten to to the place where they currently are. Kelley strongly believes in making her clients feel comfortable and cared for, which fosters the environment for growth and change. Kelley has special trainings in Family Mediation and EMDR. Her specialities include women’s issues, trauma and anxiety.

What clients say about Kelley

Kelley is really an amazing presence. She makes you feel seen. She breaks down the traditionally-hierarchical relationship between client and therapist in order to facilitate a highly effective “team effort” type of approach. I never felt as though she was “gifting” me with answers; rather, I felt like she was there beside me, looking in the trenches with me.
— Former Client
Kelley helped me see that I was able to handle all of the things I was avoiding. And all the trouble I caused myself by avoiding. I would say therapy was beautiful, terrifying, and ultimately freeing.
