Hey there,
Anna believes that her clients have possibilities available to them beyond what they realize. Through listening and understanding, Anna can help her clients move from fear and pain to empowerment and healing. Her commitment to her clients is demonstrated through her direct yet sensitive approach to healing. Her ability to see the big picture, strong leadership, and genuine personality assist her clients in moving from insight into action and loving their lives. Anna recognizes the honor it is to partner with her clients and is interested in working with those that are ready to transform themselves, their work, their relationships, and the world around them as a result.
Anna earned a BA in Business from Butler University and her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College. She has spent over 2500 hours in study and practice to earn certification as a Level II Integrative Holistic Coach. During sessions, she applies a combination of knowledge in evidence-based practices, science, personal development, and healing arts. She has a history working with populations ranging from Veterans to college students and specializes in anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma.
Anna is passionate about culture, new experiences, and traveling the world. She values freedom, authenticity, growth, connection, and love.
