Hey there,
Sarah pursued a career in therapy because she believes that holistic healing is possible. She believes by fostering client’s mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness, they will position themselves to live a full and healthy life. In her clinical work, she helps clients discover the flawed patterns and issues and works together with them to help start putting those pieces back together. Her sessions provide a safe space for people to be themselves, process the sources of their pain, and develop a plan and a way forward. She and her clients work together to uncover the grace and truth about their struggles or untapped vision and purpose.
Sarah holds a Master’s counseling degree from Trinity International University and has experience working in film and the arts. She currently works with both individuals and couples, specializing in anxiety, depression, life and career transitions and eating disorders. Sarah has experience treating teens, adults, and couples. Her strong clinical experience coupled with her warm personality makes growth motivating for clients wanting to change. With her background in the arts, storytelling, and visual media, Sarah integrates the power of story in the narrative of your life: past, present, and future.
